1. How to Book

Email us to check availability.

Weekly bookings usually run from Saturday to Saturday. Please ask us about flexible dates during the off-season.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is paid in cash upon arrival. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time.

2. Damage Deposit

No security deposit is required. We trust our guests—please notify us and replace any broken items.

A mandatory cleaning fee of €100 applies per stay.

3. Insurance

Guests are advised to have travel and medical insurance. We are not liable for cancellations, injuries, or loss of personal items.

4. Utilities

The cost of electricity, gas and water is included in the weekly rental price, as well as all the firewood needed for the fireplace during the winter season. There are no hidden extras.

To help ensure fair and responsible energy use, we have introduced a reasonable electricity usage guideline. Average household consumption in Spain is around 300 kWh per month, and in line with this, electricity usage is included up to 10 kWh per day per stay.

In the unlikely event that consumption exceeds this amount, any additional usage will be charged at €0.25 per kWh. This policy has been introduced mainly to manage unusually high consumption, particularly related to electric vehicle charging.

5. Amenities

Bed linen and two towels per person are provided. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

Washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available.

6. Pets

Pets are welcome for €50/week per pet.

7. Arrival & Departure

Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure possible in low season if no other guests are arriving or leaving the same day.

8. WiFi

Internet is provided via mobile network due to the rural location (no fiber optic available).

9. Occupancy

Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 1 baby.
